Hello Campers!
Your 2023 Volunteer Planning Committee has been hard at work organizing for another great year of camp. Four relaxing days to do whatever it is you wish. Whether you craft all day and night or just relax! We have all those favorite camp activities you love to enjoy including Skit Night, Name Tag Contest, Table Decorating, Show-and-Tell as well as the Silent Auction, Craft Basket Raffle and Quilt Raffle just to name a few! Be sure to check out our link Annual Camp Events, to the right of this page, for all the exciting activities and details that our camp has to offer.
We will also be offering a raffle for new campers and those who brought them. Bring a friend to be entered in a chance to win 2024 Camp at 50% off!
Camp Dates: October 6, 2023 – October 9, 2023
Camp Theme: Pajama Party Craft Camp
Registrations are due by September 5th. Please note that all registrations postmarked after September 5th will incur a $5.00 late fee. Registrations payments postmarked after September 20th will be returned.
Registration Fees for 2023:
$152 (with log cabin lodging at 4-H Memorial Camp, includes meals)
$122 (without lodging, includes meals)
$20 Thursday Night Stay
*Please include an automatic $5 Late fee if postmarked after September 6th
Please note our refund policy:
No refunds for cancellations that occur less than 10 days before the start of camp (this includes illness from COVID). Registrations canceled 10 days before the first day of camp will receive a 100% refund.
Camp officially begins at 1:00 pm Friday and ends at 1:00 pm on Monday; the Main Dining Hall will close promptly at Noon.
Registration and class sign-up will begin at 11:00 am on Friday and end at 1:00 pm with the Newcomers’ Tea at 1:00pm.
Campers may arrive at camp no earlier than 8:00 am Friday morning (unless option for Thursday night is selected during online registration).
Registration deadline is September 5th, 2023 and mail-in payments must be postmarked by this date also. Cabin assignments will be sent via email on or before September 24th, 2023.
