Step 1:

Review and complete the requested details in the form. After clicking submit at the end of the form, you will be sent an email with a copy of your responses; this is the confirmation that you have been successfully registered.
Step 2:
If you are paying by check, please download and print the from below and mail it in your payment. If you select the option to pay electronically, we will send you an email with our payment details shortly.
Step 3:
Print your health form and BRING IT WITH YOU TO CAMP.
