We understand that some of you may have medical needs or dietary restrictions that require refrigeration. A small refrigerator is available in the Staff Dining Hall, as well as a microwave, found adjacent to the kitchen. Please DO NOT utilize this refrigerator for any other purposes or occupy this space unless you have one of the above needs; as space is limited. Paper towels and dish soap are not provided. If you need to wash and dry your dishes, please bring the necessary items with you to do so. All items placed in the refrigerator require a name and cabin number identification on the bag – masking tape and a permanent marker usually work best. Do not store cooler bags in the fridge, this just takes up way too much space.
We do our best to get the menu from Camp as soon as it is available. However, the Camp likes for us to confirm how many campers are registered to plan the official menu. Sometimes we know the menu in August, sometimes not until September. The Camp will order food a few weeks in advance and we hope for the best that we will know the menu sometime by the middle of September.
**New for 2021 is a vegetarian option (2022 undetermined if this option will be available) , with advance selection when registering online. At the request of the kitchen staff, if you do not pick this option, please do not ask for a vegetarian meal, as staff will be given a list of those who made the selection and quantities will be limited.
