Different activities are planned for each of the nights at camp. On Saturday night, the evening begins with the Candlelight Ceremony. Then campers may enjoy a video that provides an informative overview of the Robert Allerton Park. This is followed by a session of "Show-and-Tell" in which campers bring completed crafts to share with other campers.
Sunday night activities begin with "Table Decorating" at dinner. After-dinner options include pulling up a blanket under the stars for "Movie Night", sitting down for Bingo or a variety of board games, or for the first time this year, participating in the Sunday evening craft session.
Monday night is "Skit Night". Skits are generally five minutes long and incorporate mini-plays, poetry, dancing, singing, and much more! Whether performing or being part of the audience, we have a fun time together on this last night of camp.
Every night before bedtime, a traditional "Nightcap" of snacks is provided by the camp.
