Hello Campers!
The camp committee has been hard at work again this year planning another awesome camp. Four relaxing days to do whatever it is you wish. Whether you craft all day and night or just lounge, it is time to register! There are lots of activities planned. We have all those favorite camp activities you love to enjoy including Skit Night, Candlelight Ceremony, Bingo, Table Decorating, Outdoor Movie, Show-and-Tell as well as the Silent Auction and Quilt Raffle. We will be offering a raffle for new campers and those who brought them. Bring a friend to be entered in a chance to win 2011 Camp at 50% off!
New this year is the Name Tag Contest. Use the camp theme of "Barnyard Bash" and create a name tag to enter in our first ever contest. Details of the contest can be found here.
Once again cabins will be assigned. Remember, Piatt Lodge is for anyone with a serious medical condition and Cabin 1 and Cabin 2 are for those with limited mobility. We will do our best to give you your cabin choice as well as cabin mate(s) although we can not make any guarantee. We have added a golf cart shuttle for those with limited mobility who are in the outer cabins. Please note on your registration if you will need this service. The shuttle will run several times during the day.
This year's camp dates are July 24 - 27, and our theme is Barnyard Bash. The fee for camp is $110.00. Registrations are due by June 24th. Please note that all registrations postmarked after June 24th will incur a $5.00 late fee and might not be included in the camp booklet. Registrations postmarked after July 10th will be returned.
Camp activities begin at 1:00pm on Saturday, the 24th, and you may arrive no earlier than 8:00am, when members of the committee will be available at the gate to welcome you and pass out cabin numbers. Registration and class sign-up will begin at 11:00am and end promptly at 1:00pm with the Newcomers' Tea immediately following. The camp concludes at 1:00pm on Tuesday the 27th.
